Satellite Event at ISPlasma 2026/IC-PLANTS2026: Japan-Taiwan Low-temperature Plasma Forum will be held on March 1st 2026

The Japan-Taiwan Low-temperature Plasma Forum at ISPlasma 2026/IC-PLANTS2026 energize international exchange between early-career researchers from Japan and Taiwan. The program covers a range of topics, including advanced plasma processes and surface engineering, innovative materials, devices, metasurfaces, nanotechnology, biomedical applications and tomography.
