The 8th Global Plasma Forum was held on Tuesday,February 1st, 2022.

This time, the forum focused on the manufacturing process of semiconductor devices, which are the core of low-temperature plasma applications and are attracting social attention due to the recent semiconductor shortage problem. Lectures from researchers and developers who are currently leading the fields gave a broad overview of the forefront of semiconductor device processes.

Total number of participants was over 130.
